Offutt Development, Inc. is a General Contractor that has been building commercial and
residential projects in and around Danville, Illinois since 1968. We employ a staff of 25
full-time people and specialize in all construction trades. In addition, we offer excavation,
site work, demolition, parking lot development, machine set-up, millrite work, building
maintenance, and trucking. In 40+ years we have NEVER missed a deadline!
